WHERE WE SHIP
We currently deliver to all areas across Jordan.

DELIVERY TIMES
Standard delivery: 1-2 business days from order confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be 
processed the next business day.

SHIPPING RATES
Standard shipping: 3 JOD
Free shipping on all orders over 50 JOD.

CASH ON DELIVERY
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across all of Jordan.
Please have the exact amount ready when your order arrives.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is dispatched, our delivery team will 
contact you via phone to confirm your delivery time.

FAILED DELIVERIES
If our delivery agent is unable to reach you, we will 
attempt to contact you to reschedule. After 2 failed 
attempts, the order will be cancelled.

DAMAGED ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged, please take a photo 
immediately and contact us within 48 hours at:
