REFUND POLICY
Due to the nature of personal care and beauty products,
we only accept returns and issue refunds in the following cases:
- The product arrived damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item
- The product is expired
HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at
info@beautyrituals.co with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the damaged or incorrect item
Once we review and approve your request, your refund will
be processed within 5-7 business days to your original
payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will
be issued via bank transfer.
NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
- Opened or used products (unless damaged)
- Products returned without prior approval
- Sale items
EXCHANGES
If you received a damaged product, we will send you a
replacement at no extra cost once the return is approved.
